
NORTH CENTRAL OHIO KOPS HONOR SOCIETY
The North Central Ohio KOPS Honor Society held the final 2011 meeting on
November 12, 2011, at Berry’s Restaurant in Norwalk, OH. Two new members, Mary
McHugh of OH 1367, Bucyrus and Penny Milliser of OH 1531, Port Clinton were
welcomed.
Mary Ellen Smith of
OH 0875, Bellevue agreed to take the position of Korrespondent for this term.
The following KOPS
received a yellow rose in recognition of their KOPS anniversaries:
Patricia Holly and
Janice Ommert for 1 year, Vembia Stepanian for 2 years, Ellie Beck for 3 years,
, and Tana O’Donnell for 39 years.
Kaptain, Karen Hull
led a discussion on how KOPS can avoid the pitfalls of the holidays.
A skit entitled,
“KOPS of Kristmas Past” was performed to remind us to stay on our plans
throughout the holidays.

ABOUT THE NORTH CENTRAL
KOPS HONOR SOCIETY
Meetings will be held four times during the year at various
restaurants.
Members will be responsible for the cost of their own lunch.
Meetings will be held in the months of April, June, September,
and November.
TOPS members within 10 lbs. of their goal weight are invited to
attend
for encouragement to continue their weight loss to goal.
Dues will be $10.00 for the first year. This includes $5.00 for
a KOPS
Honor Society pin.
